- Description
- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award an order for public water supply for the Charleston campus on a sole source basis to Commissioner of Public Works, 103 St. Phillip St., Charleston, SC. The period of performance is from date of award to 30 September 2005. This is a commercial purchase IAW FAR Part 12; Procedures for purchase IAW FAR Part 13. Interested parties with capability to provide water services to the FLETC in Charleston may submit documentation sufficient to determine that the interested party has the capability to provide water to the facility. The Government reserves the right to make award on a sole source basis. Any questions must be submitted in writing to Cindy Doster, fax 843-743-2049 or email cindy.doster@dhs.gov. No solicitation will be issued unless other sources are identified.
