Description: The contractor shall furnish all supplies, tools,equipment, service and supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance, testing and inspection, to insure safe operation of the fire alarm systems at the VA Medical Center Philadelphia and Nursing Home Care Unit, Philadelphia, PA 19104. All work shall be in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement and all other clauses and provisions of this solicitation. Contract period will be from date of award with two one (1) year options. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business.
