RFP 598-16-05 NAIC ? 561990 Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System 2200 Fort Roots Drive (90C/NLR) North Little Rock, AR 72114 Request For Proposal RFP 598-16-05 Requests for proposal are currently being accepted for service agreement to perform certifications/inspections to Government-Owned Chemical Hoods (Chemical Hoods Laminar Flow Clean Air Devices, Class II Biological Safety Cabinets, Hepa Filter Chemical Hoods and BACTEC Unit) located at CAVHS, 4300 West 7th Street (Little Rock Facility) and 2200 Fort Roots Drive (North Little Rock Facility) for the period of November 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with two (2) one (1) year options. The contractor shall provide all material, labor and services necessary in accordance with specifications detailed in the solicitation. All proposals must be received by October 27, 2004 by 4:30 PM CST.
