Description: This is a modification to the original synopsis for contract F09650-99-D-0382 (awarded 20 October 1999). Under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), the current contract will be extended 9 months in order to provide a bridge effort for the TOESS, or Technical Order Editorial and Sustainment Support contract at Robins AFB.
