- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-05-T-0004. Requirement is for Goodrich Fuel Control Main, Zero Time Overhauled Fuel Controls, for the UH-1H Helicopter. CLIN 0001, Fuel Control Main, NSN 2915-01-216-9779, P/N 106500A2, 5 EA. Drawings and specifications are NOT available for this requirement. Proposed parts MUST be Goodrich parts to ensure compatibility with existing vehicle. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case JO-B-KSG; purchase request BJOB5V4271E 700. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Quoted price should include delivery. Ship to: Eagle Global Logistics, 1901 Park 100 Drive, Glen Burnie, MD 21061. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Desired delivery date for all 5 items is within 60 days, however, offerors are encouraged to propose alternate delivery schedules if the 60 day complete delivery cannot be met. Partial shipments are acceptable. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. While delivery is more important than price, award will be made to the offeror that provides the best delivery sch edule for the best price. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this a cquisition.
