Description

The purpose of this modified synopsis is to change the contract type from a firm fixed price C type award with production quantities and options to a firm fixed priced three year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) type contract. The r equirement will be awarded to approved sources of QPL-6645. A best value award will be based on the offerors proposed price and past performance in that order of importance. The Government reserves the right to make a single award. The Request for Prop osal, Technical Data Package, and other attachments will be posted on the Natick Contracting Divisions web site located at https://www3.natick.army.mil has changed to on or about 27 October 2004, not 18 October as previously listed. The closing time and date for the proposal has changed and is expected to be on or about 29 November 2004, not 19 November 2004 as previously listed. The exact closing date and time will be on the RFP. All other aspects of the original synopsis remain the same.
