- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS), in support of the Naval Hospital Guam has a requirement for various medical gases. The gases include: 1. Nitrogen, liquid bulk, type II, class I, grade B, purity minimum percent by volume 99.50, oxygen maximum percent by volume 0.50, moisture 25 ppm maximum, no odor, Estimated Annual Qty (EAQ) is 416 GL; 2. Nitrogen, compressed, technical, grade B, type 1, 187 CF, 1800-2000 psi, purity minimum percent by volume 0.5%, moisture 25 ppm no odor, EAQ is 5,844CF. 3. Nitrous Oxide, medical/USP, CGA, G-8.2, grade A, 487 lbs cf, class 2.2, UN1070, non-flammable gas oxidizer, purity minimum percent by volume; 99.0, carbon monoxide 10 ppm (vapor), nitric oxide 1ppm (vapor), nitrogen dioxide 1 ppm (liquid), halogen 1 ppm (vapor), carbon dioxide 300 ppm (vapor), ammonia 25 ppm (vapor), water (v/v) 200 ppm (vapor), dew point minus 33F, EAQ is 7 cy. 4. Oxygen, lg 200 cf per cylinder (medical oxygen) compressed, medical/USP grade, type 1, 200 cf, 1800-2000 PSI, EAQ 415,000cf. 5. Oxygen, sm 13 cf per cylinder (medical oxygen) compressed, medical/USP grade, type 1, 13 cf, 1800-2000PSI, EAQ 9,000 cf. 6. Carbon dioxide 3 lbs and 13 oz cylinder carbon dioxide, medical/USP, cga, G-6.2, grade E, 3 lbs and 13 oz cylinder, dew point: minus 32 F, carbon monoxide, 10 ppm, hydrogen sulfide 1 ppm nitric oxide 2.5 ppm, nitrogen dioxide 2.5 ppm, ammonia 25 ppm, sulfur dioxide 5 ppm, EAQ 95 lbs. 7. Carbon dioxide (50 lbs per cylinder) carbon dioxide technical grade b, type II, purity minimum by volume: 0.092 mg h2o/1, no odor (main operating room) EAQ 5 cy. 8. Carbon dioxide, solid (dry ice) in equilibrium with its vapor at one atmosphere at 109.3 degree F. EAQ 1,800 lbs. 9. Compressed air, 200 cf/cylinder (dry air) air, compressed, medical/USP air, CGA G-7.1 grade N, 200 CF, 1800-200PSI, carbon dioxide 500 ppm, carbon monoxide 10 ppm, nitric oxide 2.5 ppm, nitrogen dioxide 2.5, no odor, no oil, percent oxygen 19.5-23.5, sulfur dioxide 5 ppm EAQ 2,600 cf. 10. Oxygen, medical, sm 22 cf per cylinder oxygen, compressed, medical/USP grade, type I, 22 cf, 1800-2000 PSI EAQ 880 cf. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity supply type contract. The period of performance for the base year is 01 December 2004 through 30 November 2005. Up to two one-year option periods may be included. FOB destination Naval Hospital Guam.
