Description

This solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract that the contractor will supply, install and test ten (10) new 11kV underground feeder cables from the 33/11kV Bab Al Top Substation in the Ninewa Governorate to the locations shown on the attached route map.in Section J and described in the Statement of Work. ALL CORRESPONDENCE AND SUBMITTED PROPOSALS WILL BE IN ENGLISH AND U.S. DOLLARS. OFFERORS MUST COMPLY AND BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC (EFT) PAYMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH ATTACHMENT 3 OF THIS SOLICITATION. YOUR ARE INSTRUCTED TO SEND IN A ?SANITIZED? PROPOSAL AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT WITH NO COMPANY MARKINGS LOCATED ON THE PROPOSAL. PLEASE IDENTIFY YOUR COMPANY ONLY IN THE EMAIL TEXT AND NOT IN THE PROPOSAL ATTACHMENT!
