Description

Provide ambulance services to transport VA beneficiaries for the VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY at Buffalo, NY. Service will be required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. ALS (Advanced Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) ambulance services are required. Contract will be for the period of December 1, 2004 through November 30, 2005. Solicitation documents will be available o/a 10/22/04. NAICS code is 621910. Small business size is $6 million. Firms interested in bidding must be licensed by the state of NY and any applicable local governments to participate. Primary counties served are Erie and Niagara.
