Description

The Veterans Affairs Medical Center, New Orleans, LA intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Computrols, 826 Lafayette Street, New Orleans, LA 70113, under authority of FAR 6.302, for service and maintenance of our Computrols Building Automated System (CBAS). To the Government's knowledge, the CBAS, including the hardware and software needed to maintain the system, is manufactured by Computrols and is considered proprietary technology. Scope of work includes maintaining the existing CBAS and supply and install all applicable updates to the CBAS program. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but responses received on or before November 3, 2004 will be evaluated. Any responses to this notice must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer. Information can be sent to the VA Medical Center, 1601 Perdido Street, Procurement & Services (629/AD13), New Orleans, LA 70112 by the requested date.
