- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number W912GY-05-T-0001 must be referenced in your response. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25 Effective 05 Oct 2004 & Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DCN 20040930 Edition. This synopsis/solicitation is for small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code for this syn opsis/solicitation is 511210 and the associated small business size standard is $21 Million. The Sierra Army Depot intends to enter into a sole source contract under Simplified Acquisitions Procedures with Realtrac, a Division of Mindbridge Systems, 17880 Sky Park Circle, Irvine, CA 92614 for real time shop management software meeting the following requirements. Item 0001: Shop floor control capable of order entry, routing, scheduling, job costing, purchase buyout bill, job part inventory, on-screen data collection, multi-media-media documentation (the use of digital camera pictures, drawings, sketches, and sound. CAD drawings, SPC control graphs, and hand sketches that can be transferred directly into a multimedia library and then viewed, printed and lin ked directly to router operations), invoicing, barcode tracking, iso/quality reports, management reports, an integrated inventory module (to include inventory list, bill of material, item master and vendor database), integrated estimating module (to includ e job estimating, quoting, estimate to job conversion), and an integrated complex jobs module (to include assemblies, lots and cost roll-up) should include a start-up program and on-site training. CLIN 0002: Concurrent user license for up to 4 users. CL IN 0003: A shop floor data collection package for 3 clients (to include real-time data collection, routers, dispatch lists, pictures, drawings, specifications, ISO reporting, touch screen/mouse/bar code reader support). Interested firms able to meet these requirements are invited to submit response within 5 working days after appearance of this notice but only in writing with clear and convincing documentation to Sierra Army Depot, Attn: Tracy Marino, Contracting Office, Building 150, Herlong, CA 96113 or by email to tracy.marino@sierra.army.mil. Responses must include at a minimum how the contractor proposes to meet the requirements set forth herein. Written response must include technical information sufficient to enable the Government to determine if a vendor can meet the Government's needs. If no affirmative responses are received clearly demonstrating a vendor's ability to meet the Government's need within 5 working days after publication of this notice a sole source purchase order shall be issued.
