Description

Credit Reform Support for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)seeking potential offerors to assist DSCA with maintaining current delivered cash flow model as well as testing new cash flow models and their use with the OMB credit subsidy calculator. Potential Offerors may email Toye.Latimore@dsca.mil up until 1:00 P.M. EST, 21 October 2004 to receive an emailed copy of the entire solicitation. After 1:00 P.M. EST on 21 October 2004, potential offerors may download the entire solicitation at the following website: http://www.dsca-gifts.org. Click on DSCA Solicitations, download solicitation number HQ0013-05-R-0001. Any and all amendments will be posted via FBO and posted to the website above. AFTER 1:00 P.M. EST ON 21 OCTOBER 2004, NO SOLICITATIONS WILL BE EMAILED TO ANY PROSPECTIVE OFFEROR. The cut-off date for all questions in regards to this solicitation is 26 October 2004 at 9:00 A.M. EST. All questions must be emailed to Toye.Latimore@dsca.mil. An amendment responding to all questions received from industry will be posted to the GIFTS website. No amendments will be emailed to any offeror. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND THE CONTRACTING OFFICER WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY QUESTIONS VIA TELEPHONE OR FAX.
