Description

The Capital District Contracting Center intends to issue a solicitation for the Visitor Processing Services for the Fort Belvoir, Virginia and Fort Myer, Virginia. The Contractor shall provide all personnel and initial maintenance training for those personnel, as well as all office supplies which are necessary to provide visitor processing services. This is a competitive 8(a) Set-aside procurement. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base period beginning 28 May 2004 through 27 May 2005, with four one-year option periods. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561110 and the Size Standard is $6 Million. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Ce ntral Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. Tentatively anticipate issuing a solicitation on or about April 9, 2004 and the solicitation number will be W91QV1-04-R-0013. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet only at the following website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. No hard copies will be available. No solic itation mailing list will be compiled or published via solicitation amendment.
