- this is a modification to change the solicitation number to SP0440-05-R-0451, all proposals must be submitted under the new number which will post on the gateway on November 2nd, 2004 PR #: RG041950110000 NSN 6695-01-189-8838, TRANSDUCER MOTIONAL PICKUP RFP #: SP0440-04-R-5020 Contracting Officer: MIKE COLESAR /804-279-4491. Issue Date: NOVEMBER 2ND, 2004, Closing Date: DECEMBER 2ND, 2004. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 21 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 24 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 68 days ARO. Sources of supply: NAVAL AIR WAREFARE CENTER, CAGE 80020, P/N 5SE01313-5, DWG 5SE01313, REV C DTD 7 JUN 98, AND HONEYWELL SENSOTEC DBA SENSOTEC INC, CAGE 51518, P/N 060-1950-02.
