Description

This posting constitutes the U.S. Military Academy notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to St. Bernard Software, 15015 Avenue of Science, San Diego, CA 92128, for a license subscription renewal for 7500 seats (Update EXPE RT). The subscription will be in effect for two years. Award amount is estimated to be $27,540.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services wi ll satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers. There will be no solicitation available.
