- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command." The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis from Echotek Corporation, 555 Sparkman Drive, Huntsville, Alabama 35816-3418. The items are as follows: A/D, 65 MHz Receiver PMC Card (IF 96 MHz, LO Ref 64 MHz A/D running at 65 MHz), PN 12-0092/CC386B (2 Each); A/D, 65 MHz Receiver PMC Card (IF 96 MHz, LO Ref 64 MHz A/D running at 80 MHz), P/N 12-0092/CC701 (1 Each); Non-Recurring Service Charge for Setup of FPGA & Graychip RF VHDL Filters customized for AN/TPQ-36(v)8 Firefinder, P/N NRS (1 Lot). These components will be used to assemble three AN/TPQ-36(v)8 Firefinder Radar Signal Processor Development Systems. In order to maintain code compatibility, it is required that the ADC receiver cards be purchased from Echotek Corporation. Award is to be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR Part 13 on an all or none basis. The NAICS code is 334220. The FSC code is 7050. Pric! ing should be FOB Destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100. Delivery of Item 1 is 4-6 Weeks ARO and Item 2 is 12-14 Weeks ARO. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR QUOTATION, AS ALL ITEMS ARE SPECIFIED UNDER THIS NOTICE AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The closing date is 01 November 2004, 2:00 pm EST. Anticipated award date is 05 November 2004. The Government will award a purchase order from this announcement to Echotek Corporation.
