Description: The U.S. Naval War College has a requirement for a one-year membership in the Cap Gemini/Trends Consortium. Naval War College representatives will participate in research programs, meetings, conferences and workshops held by the Consortium. The membership includes two forums per year, unlimited copies of research reports published twice yearly, unlimited seats and full access to the members-only community site, and electronics versions of the knowledge bank and all Consortium work products. This purchase is considered Sole Source to Cap Gemini; therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
