- NAICS Code: 541990 The purpose of this modification is to post questions and answers to this combined synopsis/solicitation. The folllowing are questions raised: (Q1) Do I send it to the contracting office address to your attention? (A1) No. The response shall be sent electronically to my email address, as stated in the solicitation modification. (Q2) When is the due date of the response? (A2) Quotes must be received by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, November 2, 2004. (Q3) Are their any incumbents doing this type of work or is this completely new work? If so, who? (A3) The incumbent is Avey Information Management. (Q4) There are eight tasks listed and the performance of all of these tasks will be at EPA's Agriculture Center. Is that correct? (A4) Yes. (Q5) The text of the solicitation is cut off before all the Evaluation Factors are given. How can we get the full text? (A5) The remainder of the solicitation is posted on modification #1. (Q6) Is there any additional information as to proposal format? (A6) As stated in the modification, the Offeror shall prepare a succinct project plan which demonstrates an understanding of the Statement of Work (no more than 15 pages, not including resumes).
