Description

The VA Health Administration Center intends to award a contract to obtain call center technology that will help the Health Administration Center (HAC), Beneficiary and Provider Services (BPS) contact center division manage customer contacts. Capture every call automatically that is made by a bene or provider in order to have documentation for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or Congressional requests. Provide an application that performs this, while at the same time, not reduce efficiencies. This contract will be awarded as "full and open" procurement. The NICS is 541990. The Business Associate Agreement and all other appropriate and revelevant forms must be returned with the submittlas. The service is to be peformed at the VA Health Administration Center, 300 South Jackson Street, Denver, CO. Please provide at least two (2) hard copies of the cost and technical proposals to the VA HAC at the address listed on the SF 1449
