Description

U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division has a requirement to manoclay compatability with biodegradable polyers.. The Government anticipates awarding one 1 Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to Texas State University, San Marcos , TX. This research project is a joint effort between Natick and the Navy as part of an ongoing program for High Perforamcne Biodegradable Nanocomposites for Packaging. There are no other qualified laboratories that have his expertise and characterizatio n. Delivery in the form of reports shall be F.O.B. Destination. The North American Industry Classification System for this procurement is 541710 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500.
