Carlton, Contracting Officer, FAX 256-955-9310, AMSAM-AC-LS-T, E-mail: floyd.carlton@redstone.army.mil ; PRON: AX4J0148AX, NSN: 6680-00-868-9811 P/N: 205-061-633-7 , Quantity: 4-year IDIQ min/max 64/100 each applicable to the BA: UH-1 (HUEY) with deliveries to East Rockaway, NY 11518-1235, Secaucus, NJ 07094-1617, Norfolk, VA 23502-1917, and Jamaica, NY 11434-5418. Required delivery without First Article is 64 each 120 days after contract award. This item is restricted to SIMMONDS PRECISION PRODUCTS, CAGE CODE 89305 and BELL HELICOPTER, CAGE CODE 97499 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected it em drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Related to the Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements.
