- The Naval Sea Systems Command is re-publishing a proposed contract action that was previously published under N00024-04-R-6229(S) on 7/15/2004 because of the length of time that has elapsed since the original publication. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract for up to 123,082 hours of supportability and repair services, hardware refurbishments, and Provisioned Items Orders with L3 Communications, Ocean Systems Division, 15825 Roxford Street, Sylmar, CA 91342-3597. The contract would cover one base year and four options of one-year duration each. Support would include Program Management, Engineering and Technical Services, Depot Operations, Integrated Logistics Support, Configuration Management, Repair and material, and related data for the TB-23/BQ Towed System and related support test equipment. Retrofit kits, refurbishment and module salvage for up to 450 TB-23 modules may be ordered. Provisioned Item Orders may be placed. Only ! L3 Communications, Ocean Systems Division can provide the requisite knowledge and expertise to provide the services within the required timeframe.
