Description

The United States Mint has a requirement for contractor support in formulating a human capital workforce plan. It is hereby seeking potential sources with experience performing workforce analysis in manufacturing, government, and administrative settings. The product of this effort will identify the organization?s human capital needs and workforce levels over the next five years in the context of the United States Mint?s strategic plan and projected business environment and direction. It will compare the current skill profile of the United States Mint staff to its future skill needs and identify the gaps that result. It will recommend strategies that specifically address overcoming identified skill gaps. The Contractor shall also be expected to assist the United States Mint in its assessment of the agency?s strategic plan and business direction. Please include the name and address of the organization and a phone number, fax number and email address for the organization point of contact. The United States Mint will endeavor to send a copy of the formal solicitation to all organizations that express interest in this effort and submit contact information. NOTICE: Provisions of law governing procurement or public contracts shall not be applicable to the procurement of goods or services necessary for carrying out United States Mint programs and operations. See 31 U.S.C. ? 5136.
