Description

The proposed effort will entail the development of a Navy Personnel Research Studies and Technology ( NPRST ) customer communications and marketing strategy. The end product will result in enabling NPRST to enhance customer awareness of NPRST's science and technology capabilities. The award will be made on an all or nothing basis. No bids will be accepted after 1600 ( 4:00 pm ) on the date of closing. When requesting a solicitation package please state Name, Adress, Phone Number and Solicitation Number, FAX request to 901-874-5285 Attn: Stewart ( Mike ) Harney or e-mail request to stewart.harney@navy.mil. Solicitation packages must be completed and returned by U.S. Mail, no later than 1600 ( 4:00 pm )on 26NOV2004. FAX and E-mail copies will not be accepted.
