Description

This work consists of maintenance dredging to the Rehandling Basin at Craney Island Dredged Material Management Area to a depth of 36 feet with 1 foot of allowable overdepth. The dredging shall be performed by hydraulic dredge and pipeline and all ma terial placed in the south containment cell at the government furnished placement site at Craney Island. Including allowable overdepth and estimated material to be placed in to the Rehandling Basin prior to dredging, the work involves dredging approximatel y 1,400,000 cubic yards of material. The magnitude of construction is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Applicable SIC code is 1629, with a size standard of $17.2 million. The NAICS code is 237990. The solicitation will be available on the internet only. No pap er copies or CDs will be issued.
