- U.S. Department of Labor, ETA, Division of Contract Services, 200 Constitution Avenue, NW , Room N-5425, Washington, D.C. 20210 Y—CONSTRUCTION – SOURCES SOUGHT SOLICITATION DOL051R120005. DUE by NOVEMBER 15, 2004. NO phone calls. The Department of Labor has an upcoming project involving the construction of a new Job Corps Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The project involves construction of 10 new buildings in a campus-like setting, including associated utility installation and site work. The government is looking to making a single competitive award contract 100% set aside for either certified HUB-Zone Small businesses or certified 8(a) small businesses, depending upon responses to this “sources sought” notice. This procurement is anticipated for advertisement on the Fed Biz Ops (FBO) website on or about mid-to late November, 2004, with a bid opening in mid-to-late January, 2005. Firms interested should respond stating their interest and capability for a project of this magnitude and the ability to provide performance and payment bonds of at least $30 million.
