- Description
- The Portland Area Indian Health Service intends to award a non-competitive Buy-Indian Cost-Reimbursement Urban Indian contract with the Native American Rehabilitation Association, NW, Portland, OR. This is in accordance with the Snyder Act of 1921 (25 USC 13) and Title V of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (PL 97-437), as amended and the use of set-asides under the Buy-Indian Act, 25 USC 47. Title V allows for new contracts, contract renewals and the replacement contracts requiring non-competitive awards for provision and continuation of Urban Indian Health Program. The only known source available who can complete the contract requirements is Native American Rehabilitation Association, NW. No Requests fodr the solicitation package will be accepted.
