- The USCG Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement for the following: 1) NSN 3120-01-027-0025, BEARING, HALF SLEEVE. Quantity 7 each. Description: MARINE PROPULSION SHAFT BEARING, LONGTITUDINALLY SPLIT ON TAPER. FLANGED. INTERNALLY MOLDED RUBBER STAVE FORMS. BODY MATERIAL: NAVAL BRASS. STAVE MATERIAL: RUBBER COMPOUND. FOR 10 in. SHAFT SIZE. BODY DIAMETER: 12 1/2 in. OVERALL LENGTH: 24 in. FLANGE DIAMETER: 15 1/2 in. 8 EQUALLY SPACED HOLES AT 45 DEGREES BEGINNING 22 1/2 DEGREES OFF HORIZONTAL SPLIT. BOLT CIRCLE: 13 3/4 in. HOLE SIZE: 13/16 in. 2 HOLES IN EACH HALF FOR JACKING. HOLE SIZE: 3/4 in.-10 NC. A Coast Guard Quality Assurance Representative shall verify the completed item at the contractor’s facility. FOB Destination delivery to USCG/ELC, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed (in wooden box), marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. NOTE: Packing, Marking and bar code specifications are available to all interested parties, please contact Mr. Orofino. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis /solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
