Description

The Forest Service has a need for pre-commercial thinning and slash treatment on the Coconino National Forest. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits and licenses necessary to perform pre-commercial thinning and slash treatment on approximately 1300 acres on the Mogollon Rim Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest. The project area may be reached by traveling north form the Blue Ridge Ranger Station on State Highway (SH) 87 for approximately 2 miles. Project area will be on the west side of the road. The project shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in the solicitation and any resultant contract. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation will be available on or about November 15, 2004 with response due about December 16, 2004. NAICS code is 115310. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.
