Description

ACA, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting proposals for contract lodging (hotel/motel) accommodations to provide an estimated seventy (70) single occupancy rooms for 25,550 bed nights accommodations (NOTE: Quantity stated is estimated only and may increase/decrease dependent upon availability of room accommodations). Scope of work shall require the contractor to furnish facilities, furniture, equipment and supplies, management, supervision, and labor. Hotel/motel facility shall be within a twenty (20) road mile radius of Fort Lewis Military Installation Main Gate. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed-price requirements contract. The period of performance is 5 February 2005 through 31 January 2006 plus four one year option periods. The Government intends to issue multiple awards. The procurement is not set-aside for small business. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-05-R-0001. The applicable NAICS code is 721110 and the small business size standard is $6 Million. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. All requests for the solicitation must be emailed to wanda.reed@lewis.army.mil, providing Duns & Bradstreet number and CAGE Code. When issued, the solicitation will be available by dow nloading from our web site at http://www.lewis.army.mil/doc under Solicitations after the estimated date of release. The estimated issue date is November 5, 2004 and the anticipated closing date is November 30, 2004. After release of the solicitation a pre proposal conference is scheduled for November 16, 2004 at 10:00:00 AM. Which is at the expense of the attendees. Prospective offerors are urged to attend and submit any questions they may have in advance in writing to Wanda Reed via email wanda.reed@lewis .army.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure registration in the Central Contractor Registration Database prior to submission of offers for consideration.
