- This requirement is being procured in accordance with Subpart 14 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation under full and open competition. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue an Invitation for Bid for Pumping Plants C2.0R and C2.7L Modifications for Automation. The principal components of the work to be performed include the following: The work consists of modifying the existing pumping plants C2.0R and C2.7L to prepare for control and monitoring from a future centralized Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System. The work consists of removing the existing outdoor plant control lineups with the associated concrete slabs, installing new foundations and control buildings, installing new control equipment, and interfacing to the existing plant equipment and pump units at the two pumping plants. Additional work at pumping plant C2.0R involves removing and replacing 3 pump unit motors. The work shall be completed in three phases over a 3 year period. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 237110 with a Size Standard of $28.5 million. The work is located approximately 10 miles south of Bloomfield, New Mexico, in San Juan County. A Bid bond along with Performance and Payments Bonds will be required. There will be a site tour scheduled for all interested parties (the date and time will be provided with the solicitation.)
