Description

General Services Administration Seeks Expressions of Interest for Leased Office Space in Houston, Texas 4TX0476 Requirements: U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 16,273 rentable square feet yielding approximately 14,150 usable square feet of contiguous Class A office and related space on the second floor or higher in Houston, Texas to be occupied by the Federal Bureau of Investigation along with 15 reserved surface parking spaces with the capability to provide an additional 5 spaces over the lease term. Location: Offered properties must be within the following boundaries: North ? Beltway 8 South ? 610 South Loop East ? Interstate 45 West ? Interstate 290 Lease Term: The lease term shall be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy: Occupancy is required on or about 4/1/2005 and is not negotiable. Expressions of interest should include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2. Name, address and phone number of property owner if different from Item 1 above. 3. Rentable square feet offered and rsf rent rate. 4. Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet. 5. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable. 6. RSF rate for as is space and any standard TIs offered. Written responses are required no later than November 10, 2004; verbal responses will not be considered.
