Description

Amendment No. 01 provides the following: 1) Answers to questions received in response to the subject solicitation: QUESTION: Referring to Section A.4. The Technical specifications require "one stainless steel FLOW intensifier based electrohydraulic pumping system". Does the intensifier have to be "FLOW" Based? Can we Use our own brand as long as it is equivalent? ANSWER: No, as long as it is an intensified based electrohydraulic pumping system. Yes. 2) Revises Item A.18, TIME FOR DELIVERY from 90 days to 180 days after receipt of the notice of award. 3) Revises Item A.20, GOVERNMENT RESPONSIBILITY: The USDA, ARS, ERRC will be responsible for facility installation requirements (electrical and drain) (based on the Contractor?s installation specifications and drawings). 4)THE HOUR AND DATE SPECIFIED FOR RECEIPT OF OFFERS HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 2:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2004. All other information remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-SEP-2004).
