Description
PR-No.: IQC04275009002, NSN 6625-00-649-4756, Meter, Electrical Frequency. The only approved sources are (28304) Custom Metering Corporation P/N M-2239A and (77221) Phaostron Instrument & Electronic P/N 638-19996. Adequate data for the evaluation of offers is not available at the procurement agency. Alternate offers must submit a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. All shipments are to be CONUS. Increments solicited: 100-349, 350-499, 500-649, 650-799, 800-949, and 950-1,084. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. All shipments are CONUS. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Other than Full and Open Competition applies. See Note 1 and 26. This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity Contract and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of November 22, 2004. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Adequate specifications, plans, or drawings are not available to fully describe this item. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Approves sources are Custom Metering Corporation and Phaostron Instrument & Electronic. The proposed procurement is a solicitation for an Indefinite Quantity Contract, consisting of one (1) 12-month (365 days) Basic Contract and four (4) 12-months option periods. The total duration shall not exceed 5-years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
