This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil after the issue date 11/22/04. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This is an unrestricted acquisition.
