Description

This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 5 November, 2004. Solicitation number FA4600-05-T-0005 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-23. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320, and the small business size standard is $12 Million. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order for the following service: Repair and painting of the exterior of TLF complex on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-05-T-0005 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received via e-mail to TSgt R. Jason Eder at the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by 19 Nov 2004 at 12:00pm (CST). Quotes must be valid for 30 days after the date that the quotes are due. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements on quotations. A site visit is scheduled for 9:00 am (CST), 16 Nov. 2004, at the Platte Rive Lodge on S. 25th Street. Only one site visit will be granted. If you wish to attend the site visit you must notify Roland Eder via e-mail at Roland.Eder@offutt.af.mil or fax at 402-294-4069, by 3:00pm (CST), 15 Nov. 2004.
