Description

The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Perii Systems, Inc, 2755 N. Banana River Dr., Ste C, Meritt Island, FL 32952 for NON-PERSONAL SERVICES to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, test equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide software maintenance services for OC-ALC/MAS?s CPP VXI Re-host Phase and all related equipment located in Bldg 18 and Bldg 3707, Tinker AFB OK. The period of performance will commence after receipt of award and complete 12 months thereafter. A Firm-Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 13 Dec 04. Central Contractor Registration is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
