Description

This is not a solicitation, but a request for comments on the draft PWS for the Information Technology, E-Commerce & Commercial Contracting Center located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. The requirement is for Networthiness Analysis Support to NETCOM/9th ASC for required analysis of information systems before they are connected to the Army's Land Warrior Network (LandWarNet). The requirement will consist of a firm-fixed price contract with a base year and four option years. Interested firms should submi t their written comments on the PWS to the Contract Specialist, Mardell Miller, via email: mardell.miller@netcom.army.mil, no later than 8 am MST, November 15, 2004. The draft PWS and Standard Operating Procedures are posted at: https://abop.monmouth.ar my.mil This synopsis does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for infor mation solicited.
