Description

This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program (procurement of commercial items greater than $100,000) and utilizing the methods under FAR Parts 12, 13, and 14. The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue an Invitation for Bid to supply all the clear, undyed diesel fuel required for the pumping operations on the Middle Rio Grande administered by the Bureau of Reclamation related to the Endangered Species Act. The successful bidder will also supply a 10,000 gallon, above-ground storage tank for the fuel. Work is under NAICS Code 424720. The requirements type contract is for one year, with options for four additional years. An electronic copy of the solicitation will be available APPROXIMATELY November 30, 2004, at www.fedbizopps.gov .
