Description: The US Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 3, Fort Snelling, MN has a requirement for city water and sewer connection from the City of Goodview, MN, through the Country Meadows Subdivision housing development, owned and currently being developed by Corcorans & Herold, Inc., Rollingstone, MN, to US Fish and Wildlife property located adjacent to Harbor Drive, Government Tract (USA, Wi-93). The water service and sewer line will be made available along the southern property of the Tract which is also the northern property line of the Country Meadows Subdivision. The line will be capped on government property and ready for future connection.
