Description: The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), the Department of Defense (DOD) Medical School and Health Sciences University, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health State Anatomical Program, utilizing the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The State Anatomical Program is the only source that sells the approved 68 fresh tissue human cadavers needed for the surgical Anatomy Programs- including resident training and research. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTATION. However, if a company has reason to believe that it can meet or exceed all the needs of the university for this requirement, it may submit documentation to support its claim.
