Description

The Army intends to extend the option period of Contract No. DACA83-03-D-0005 with sole-source contractor San Juan Construction, Inc., an additional four (4) months without adding capacity to the contract. The contract is in its final option period and will expire on 22 Dec 2004. Extension of the contract is to ensure continuity of work consisting of minor construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, modernization, rehabilitation and services for buildings, structures, and other real property. Th e Government requests that any interested Contractors respond by December 20, 2004. See Note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-NOV-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
