Description

The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is currently seeking potential quoters for a Firm-Fixed Price, Non-Personal Healthcare service purchase order for a Physical Therapist at the Cheyenne River Service Unit in Eagle Butte, S.D., three days per week, 5-8 hours per day, depending on the Service Unit workload. The period of performance will be December 1, 2004 through September 30, 205. This is a Small Business Set-Aside request. Requests for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by telefax or email. The closing date for this RFQ will be November 22, 2004 @ 3:00 p.m. CST.
