A/E Services to develop plans, technical specifications, cost estimate schedule, and construction schedule for the repair of the Ma-Tar-Awa Dam repair project located on the Viejas Indian Reservation, San Diego County, Calfornia. This is an urgent need, and the successful vendor must submit approved plans and technical specifications within 20 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bid documents will be available at no charge on/about November 10, 2004.
