- Description
- 21 CONS/LGCBB intends to make an award under FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, to the Pikes Peak Center. Under this proposed action, 21 CONS/LGCBB will contract out the Pikes Peak Center for five days for the performance and rehearsal of the United States Air Force Band of the Rockies. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code for this requirement is 531120 and the small business size standard is $6,000,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by 12:00 P.M. Mountian Time on 15 Nov 2004 will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
