Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number is FA8604-05-R-1039. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15 and DFARS Change Notice 20030722 Edition. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212- 4 and 52.212-5. DFAR 252.204-7004. This RFQ has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001 – Teach Two (2) 5-day professional courses on Environmental Data Quality Assurance (EDQA). Work shall be done in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). COURSES WILL OFFERED AT TWO (2) DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. ONE COURSE WILL BE OFFERED AT WRIGHT PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, OHIO AND THE SECOND AT CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA. (SEE SOW).
