Description: Operational Contracting, US Air Force Academy intends to award a sole source contract utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to ICG, 2221 E Bijou Street, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909 for the following: Lease of DS3 Line to USAFA. NAICS: 513310. No other service will satisfy agency requirements and time constraints. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. If no response is received by 18 November 2004, 1:00pm, MDT, specifying that comparable services are available that would be more advantageous to the Government than obtaining the listed services through a sole source procurement with ICG, a sole source award will be made. Award will be made subject to availability of funds.
