Description
DESC: See numbered note 26. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT. The solicitation is for one NSN. It will contain an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. The material will be shipped to various locations within Conus. This requirement is a small business set-aside and all responsible offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after November 26, 2004 at ?http://dibbs.dsccols.com/Rfp?. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be December 27, 2004. A written quoted is required to be returned to the address in Block 9 of the RFP by the date and time specified, DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted. The NSN that will be solicited is 2920-01-149-8606. The acceptable corresponding P/Ns are: MACHINERY COMPONENTS (64060) P/N GM-500, OHIO GENERATOR REMANUFACTURING (66022) P/N 1105500OG, and GENERAL MOTORS MILITARY (7X677) P/N 1105500. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with approved sources and their dealers. It is estimated that the annual dollar amount per year will be $122,245.00. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation. (Delivery, ABVS score etc.)
