- Solicitation number SP0406-05-Q-T010, YPG04293001132, NSN 6850-01-236-0128, Cleaning Compound, Aircraft Surface. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. Solicitation is unrestricted, full and open competition, and will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for 223 DR with a 100% option. This is a critical application item; QPL applies. FOB Destination with Inspection & Acceptance Origin. QAP 010 applies. Requested delivery is 73 DARO for stock lines to AQ5, Tracy, CA and SRG, Richmond, VA. MSDS and Hazardous Warning Label are required. Specification available. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies; the final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 12 November 2004, with a closing date of 13 December 2004.
