- Fire lookout services to staff the Illahee Rock Lookout. The services will be from approx. 1 JUL 2005 through 15 OCT 2005 with options for two additional contract periods in 2006 and 2007. This is a Request for Quotes; in addition to price proposals offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability, past performance history, offeror's familiarity with local topography and prominent landmarks, in addition to price.
